Our simple booking process has two easy steps.

1) E-contract review and signing.

2) A 50% deposit payment due within 15 days of contract signing. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of service.

Peak Season months have a premium price due to high volume and competitive demand for our best musicians.

Peak Season: March, April, May, September, October, November

Off Season: January, February, June, July, August, December

We have no hidden or additional fees—the only exception being the additional costs sometimes associated with travel more than 25 miles from Austin.

For wedding ceremonies, we’re always happy to prepare up to 2 custom musical arrangements for the processionals and recessional program at no extra charge.

Additional arrangements, including custom songs for prelude, cocktail hour, reception dinner, or private/corporate events are $60 each.

This pricing includes song transcription, arranging/composition, engraving, and printing—usually between 30-60 minutes of work per song.

1 hr = Ceremony; Cocktail Hour

2 hrs = Ceremony + Cocktail Hour; Reception Dinner

3 hrs = Cocktail Hour + Reception Dinner; Ceremony + Cocktail and Reception Dinner (1 hr each)
