Our simple booking process has two easy steps.

1) E-contract review and signing.

2) A 50% deposit payment due within 15 days of contract signing. Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of service.

Off Season pricing has a 10% discount

Peak/Regular Season: March, April, May, September, October, November, December

Off Season: January, February, June, July, August

For the most occasions, there are no additional fees. A couple of rare exceptions would be:

• A small travel fee for distances beginning at 25 miles or 50-60 minutes from Austin

• Holiday season fee (Dec 18—Jan 6) — Additional $100 per musician

• New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day — Additional $200 per musician

We have a huge repertoire and we’re always happy to prepare new custom arrangements by request.

Custom song arrangements are $75 each.

This pricing includes song transcription, arranging/composition, engraving, and printing—usually between 40-60 minutes of work per song.

1 hr = Ceremony or Cocktail Hour

1.5 hrs = Reception Dinner

2 hrs = Ceremony + Cocktail Hour

2.5-3 hrs = Cocktail Hour + Reception Dinner
